Can I organise transport company to collect my order?

Yes, enter the delivery details for the order and choose Click & Collect in the checkout, under delivery instructions enter the name of the transport company that will collecting the order.

Email sales@boltandnut.com.au quoting your invoice number and the name of the transport company collecting. Do not organise your transport company at this point.

When your order is picked and packed our system will automatically send you an email advising "Your order is ready for Collection" This does not mean you can organise your transport company

We will then send an 2nd email confirming the number of boxes, weight per box and the dimensions.

Email sales@boltandnut.com.au the transport labels.

We will then email you confirming your order is ready for collection.

This is when you tell your transport company the order is ready. 

Once the goods have been collected from our warehouse all responsibility for the order and the freight company becomes the buyers responsibility. As the freight was arranged by you, the buyer, we are unable to liaise with the freight company should any issues arise.
