My credit / debit card isnt processing?
If you are having trouble finalising your order with your credit/ debit card please double-check the following:
- All details on your card match the checkout screen, if the card has a persons name and buisness name our checkout needs both in the exact / format order as the card.
- You’re using the correct billing address - Try typing your billing address in separately instead of using the 'same as billing address' check box.
- You have not exceeded your daily limit and there is enough money in the account (can happen)
- If it is a commonwealth bank credit card enter the physical card number and CCV, not your digital wallet numbers as they are different and may not work on our checkout.
