Does choosing express mean VIP despatch?

It means the order is sent as an Express service with your chosen carrier at the time of ordering. The only exception is we do treat orders placed between 1pm and 1.30pm Monday to Friday and StarTrack Premium was choosen as proirity and our warehouse will pick and despatch any order if stock is available upto 1.30pm.

Just a reminder that after 1pm, we only send the orders where an express service was selected. When we are running sales this may not be possible.
