I have made a mistake with my order, it hasn’t been shipped, can I cancel it ?

Yes, that might be possible if you haven’t already received a shipping email (sometimes they do end up in your junk folder). It might not be possible if your order is large (over $400) or heavy bulky, as we may have already arranged for the order to be sent directly from our supplier.
