Welcome to Bolt and Nut Australia Storewide Sale! Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before participating in the sale.

By making a purchase during the storewide sale, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. These terms are subject to change at any time, and we encourage you to review them before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility

• The storewide sale is open to all customers who access the Bolt and Nut Australia website during the storewide sale period.
• The sale is valid only for the specified period.
• Purchases made outside this period will not qualify for further storewide sale discounts or offers.

2. Discounts and Promotions

• Discounts and promotions apply to every item as indicated during the sale excluding bonus buys, add on's, special buy ins and clearance items.
• Storewide sale prices are subject to availability and while stocks last. Once a product is sold out, it will no longer be available at the discounted price.
• Storewide sale discounts cannot be combined with other promotions, coupons, or discounts unless explicitly stated.

3. Pricing

• All storewide sale prices are final at the time of purchase.
• Bolt and Nut Australia reserves the right to change or modify pricing at any time without prior notice.
• In the event of a pricing error, Bolt and Nut Australia reserves the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price.

4. Refunds and Exchanges

• Storewide sale items are non-exchangeable unless defective or as required by law.
• If an item is defective, customers must notify Bolt and Nut Australia within 30 days of receipt for a replacement or refund.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• Shipping fees and delivery times will be calculated at checkout and are subject to your location and the shipping method selected.
• Please note that during the storewide sales, there may be delays in shipping due to the high volume of orders.
• We may full ship or part ship volume orders directly from our suppliers.
• Bolt and Nut Australia will not be held responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping providers.

6. Payment

• All payments must be made at the time of purchase via the payment methods offered on the website.
• Bolt and Nut Australia is not responsible for any payment issues arising from your chosen payment provider.

7. Cancellation Policy

• Orders placed during the storewide sale cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
• Bolt and Nut Australia reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion, including cases of suspected fraud or abuse of the sale terms.

8. Modifications and Termination

• Bolt and Nut Australia reserves the right to modify or terminate the storewide sale at any time without prior notice.

9. Limitation of Liability
